John St. Cyr is a double bassist, guitarist and educator from Baton Rouge, LA. John is an active freelance musician with an extensive background in rock, soul and pop music, and is pursuing a Master’s degree in classical double bass performance at Louisiana State University. John also maintains a private studio of over 20 double bass and guitar students of all age ranges.
